How long will it take until my trailer is built?

Spring and summer the manufacturers are busier so it will take about 6 weeks. Fall and winter it takes 3-4 weeks. If you need it sooner, call us and we can usually accommodate your special request.

Where do I pick up my trailer?

Your can either pick your trailer up at the factory or at one of our stores in Akron or Alliance, Ohio.

Simply take the GVW that you chose and subtract the empty weight and that is your payload.

Yes. We can install hitches on most vehicles on the road today.

Do I get a title with my new trailer?

You will get a certificate of origin that is proof of ownership and all you need to purchase license plates.

Am I tax exempt?

If you are purchasing for resale, farm use or are a non-profit with a tax ID we can have you fill out a tax exempt form.

If I change my mind, can I get my money back?

Because your trailer is being produced specifically for you, you can not get your money back.
